Mala Green Jade and Rudraksha

A mala is a string with 108 counting beads plus one guru or meru bead. Malas are used for meditations and for counting mantras and prayers. Malas can also be used for counting breaths during meditations. Mala is the Sanskrit word for garland, this ancients tool was created to keep the mind focused and clear from thoughts.

Green Jade has purifying qualities eliminating toxins and acts on the elimination and filtration process of the body.

Rudraksha is a dried stone fruit used as prayers beads. The Rudraksha beads act like a protective guard.
