Mala White Jade and Rudraksha

A mala is a string with 108 counting beads plus one guru or meru bead. Malas are used for meditations and for counting mantras and prayers. Malas can also be used for counting breaths during meditations. Mala is the Sanskrit word for garland, this ancients tool was created to keep the mind focused and clear from thoughts.

White Jade encourages focus and increases concentration, it improves the bond with intention and filters out distractions. 

Rudraksha is a dried stone fruit used as prayers beads. The Rudraksha beads act like a protective guard.
