Antique Large Indian Carved Wooden Statue

This beautifully carved piece from India is depicting a lovely lady dancing and playing the Dholak, a two-headed hand drum, a folk percussion instrument. Being that the Dholak is the most common played instrument in Northern India it is very typical in all Indian art forms.
